Short Description

GreenTech Symposium, an international scientific conference about green technologies that aims to connect the academic community with the corporates of our country, presenting all the new innovative inventions of Greek researchers and Greek startups in the fields of Energy, Environment, Waste Management, Smart Materials, Chemicals and Intelligent Control Systems. The event is a product of Greentech Challenge that strengthens the greentech community and realises a place for cooperation between academics and corporates.

How we managed the Program

Mantis B.I. starts on planning the event months prior to the date to keep track of a lot of moving parts. After deciding on a date and the venue, the crucial part is finding the speakers that will attract attendees and will guarantee a professional experience on the theme. Having this checked, Mantis B.I. works on an agenda that will expand the horizons of potential attendees and that will bring together a community of academics and corporates. The final step is to promote the conference via all available related channels and take care of on-site planning so that the attendees will get the best experience.

What we have achieved and how is it relevant to our mission

The company believes that there can be no real development without sustainable businesses “environment-wise”. So, the mission is to link the environmental academic community with the corporates, through the conference. To realize this, Mantis’ team distributes a matchmaking platform, so that investments, trade agreements and business partnerships can be achieved during the conference among entrepreneurs, representatives of organizations and scientists. All that, in the context of speeches, panels and paper presentations on the theme by distinguished people who share their views and insights on green technologies in a variety of case studies. Α fruitful environment indeed.
